This adjustable bed rail can be used in 2 ways, as a handle to easily get in and out of bed and as a side rail to prevent falls. From the bed, the side rail can easily be extended from 66 to 86 and 107 cm. The side rail can be attached to both sides of the bed and folded down. The side rail can be attached to the bed with a double safety strap. Includes handy storage cover that can be slid over the bed rail.
