Speaking calendar clock

This calendar clock displays the digital time, date and part of the day in large letters and numbers. Also, by pressing the large button at the top, the time and part of the day are announced ("The time is: Thursday, morning, 6 minutes to eleven"). Ideal for people who need structure and for the blind and visually impaired.

However, this unique calendar clock does much more than just tell the time. This speaking clock has 20 reminder messages. These messages can be set to be spoken daily, weekly, once or to sound as an alarm. An accompanying picture also appears on the clock for clarification. Examples of reminder messages include: drink a glass of water, time for medication or scheduled events such as doctor's appointments or family visits. People often respond better to a voice they know. That is why it is possible to record messages yourself and have them played at the chosen time.

There is a choice of five different displays and three background colors for maximum readability. For visually impaired people it is possible to choose a yellow background with black letters for maximum contrast.
