The Sauer Comfort Violet is a comfortable, latex-free external catheter with a short shaft , specially designed for men with a smaller penis. This external catheter is ideal for the safe and hygienic drainage of urine in cases of urinary incontinence and, thanks to its innovative design and materials, offers a reliable and skin-friendly solution.

Thanks to the strong adhesive on the inside and the integrated 45 mm buffer zone , this catheter provides secure hold and extra security in the event of unexpected urine loss. The catheter is compatible with all Sauer leg and bed bags – with or without an adapter. A protective hair protector cloth is included.

For men with incontinence – suitable for daily use with a smaller penis size .

🧼 Preparing the skin

1. Determine the correct size (based on penis circumference).

2. Cleanse the skin with lukewarm water (no soap) – pat dry.

3. Slide the hair protector cloth over the penis to shield hair.

4. Remove the external catheter from the packaging.

🛠️ Apply

• Uncoil the catheter 2–3 times before placement (create a buffer zone).

• Place on the foreskin without pulling back.

• Unroll the catheter evenly until the adhesive zone makes contact with the skin.

• Press gently for good adhesion.

• Carefully trim any protruding adhesive edge with blunt scissors.

• Connect the urine bag.

♻️ Removal & Replacement

• Replace the external catheter every 12–24 hours .

• It is best to remove it with a damp washcloth (lukewarm water).

• Dispose of the used catheter in the waste bin (do not flush).
