Splash Scooter Cozy

The scooter cozy protects your lower body against wind and rain (works like a sleeping bag). The open base at the bottom allows you to position your feet on either side of the handlebars. Includes full-length solid zipper and quilted fur lining. Ideal to use in combination with the mobility poncho for total protection against bad weather conditions.
