Description
Reusable hot & cold packs with a dual function: cooling and heat therapy. Remains flexible, even at low temperatures. Includes protective cover.
Heat therapy: helps with muscle and joint pain and relaxes the muscles.
To warm: Place the compress in a heatproof bowl and pour about 1 liter of boiling water over the compress and leave it submerged for 3 to 6 minutes. Dry the compress thoroughly and place it in the protective case before use.
Cooling therapy: helps with swollen muscles and joints and soothes pain and discomfort.
Cooling: place the compress in the freezer for about 90 minutes. Place the compress in the protective cover before use.
Not suitable for use in the microwave. Can be combined with Neo G braces. Please note the Hot & Cold logo for combinable products.
