Our customer service is available 7 days a week via info@hulpmedi.nl . We guarantee that your question will be answered within 24 hours .
Delivery charge :
No delivery costs will be charged for orders over €50. For orders under €50 we charge €5.95 delivery costs .
How can I pay ?
There are several ways to pay and you can select the payment method of your choice when you place the order :
- Ideal: You pay directly with ideal from your own banking environment and after receipt of payment we will immediately deliver your order .
- Paypal : You pay with Paypal via your bank or credit card and after receipt of payment we will immediately deliver your order .
- Transfer yourself : You pay by bank transfer and you will receive an email with the payment details after completing your order . We will deliver your order after receipt of payment . NB. It may take some time before your payment has been processed by the bank and we can deliver the goods to you.
- Pay afterwards : First see how you find the products and then pay within 14 days. Only possible for companies
Guarantee
We offer a 1- year warranty on all our products . The warranty means : all defects that have not arisen due to improper use and are due to manufacturing errors . We guarantee that our products have a long lifespan under normal use , even if they are used intensively .
Returns
If you wish to return a product , we request that you send an email to info@hulpmedi.nl. Please also include the order number in this email.
We will then tell you how and to which address you can return the items . Packages sent to the office without notification cannot be accepted .
The shipping costs are at your expense. NEVER send returns to us UNFRANKED.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@hulpmedi.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return.
