Instructions
Turning on and using the scale: Place the scale on a sturdy, flat surface. Gently press the Power/Tare button to turn it on. Wait until the display reads "0." Then place the item you want to weigh on the scale; the weight will appear immediately on the LCD screen.
Change measurement units: While the scale is turned on, you can press the Measurement/Unit button to switch between units of measurement. The selected unit appears on the display. You can switch between:

Milliliters
Pounds/ounces
Fluid ounces (such as milk)
Using the tare function: The tare function allows you to easily weigh multiple ingredients one after the other. For example, place a bowl on the scale, press the Power/Tare button to reset the weight to zero, and then add ingredients. This way, you weigh each new item separately without removing any previous contents.
