Splash Wheely Apron unlined

Place this wheely apron over the top of your legs and keep you dry and warm. Can be attached to your waist or to an armrest with the simple buckle. Has an elastic base at the bottom for over the foot plates. Completely waterproof. Unlined. Also available in a Deluxe version with a blue synthetic lining.
