The super-absorbent, fast-acting core quickly traps even larger amounts of urine for a dry feeling, and the fully breathable ConfioAir™ backing allows the skin to breathe. The ComfiStretch™ adjustable waistband provides a snug fit to increase comfort and provide better protection against leakage. For ease of use, the hip belt has a Velcro strap that can be attached to the front and is fully adjustable for different body types.
