This insole optimally distributes the pressure under the forefoot. Provides excellent arch support and prevents collapsing of the foot, resulting in the avoidance of high pressure under the forefoot. Ideal for complaints such as pain under and/or above the ball of the foot (under the big toe) and sharp pain on the top of the forefoot, especially between the heads of the metatarsals.
