The Fixing Board is a useful tool for anyone who can only use one hand or who has little strength in their hands.
The clamp supports make it easy to hold a bowl, grater or food item in place. The Fixing Board has a special section with 2 cm high stainless steel pins for small foodstuffs. When a flat work surface is required, this section can be removed or installed with the points pointing downwards. Designed for one-handed use. Four suction cups keep the cutting board in place.
