Description

The iQ-Cath catheter set is a complete, ready-to-use solution for intermittent (self-)catheterization in men. This sterile, latex-free set includes a collection catheter, an integrated urine collection bag (1 liter), and a gel sachet. Available in sizes CH12 (4.0 mm), CH14 (4.7 mm), and CH16 (5.3 mm).

The catheter is made of soft PVC with a bulbous, flexible tip and rounded catheter eyes that minimize the risk of urethral damage. Thanks to the integrated gel sachet, no separate lubricant is required – the gel is simply distributed over the catheter within the packaging.

The collection bag is transparent on the front and white on the back, and has a 1-liter capacity. After use, the bag is easy to empty by tearing open the bottom via a perforated edge.

🧍♂️ Application

Suitable for men who intermittently (self-)catheterize, at home or while traveling. The collection bag allows for catheterization without immediate access to the toilet.

💧 Instructions for use

Prepare:

1. Wash your hands with soap and water

2. Clean the penis with a damp washcloth or gauze

3. Open the gel sachet by pressing or rolling up the packaging

4. Spread the gel over the entire catheter

Catheterization:

• Tear open the front part of the packaging at the perforation

• Hold the penis at an angle upwards

• Slowly insert the catheter until urine begins to flow

• Let the urine flow into the collection bag

After use:

• Slide the catheter back into the collection bag and tie the bag closed

• Empty the bag by tearing open the perforation at the bottom

• Dispose of the set according to local guidelines
